For over 100 years, Local 14-M has been dedicated to serving and protecting the rights of employees in the modern workplace. Through the collective bargaining process, IBT members enjoy some of the highest wage and benefit packages in the industry.

Local 14-M members are offered graphic arts education and training through the Andrew J. Gress Graphic Arts Institute , a non-profit training center for the graphic arts industry. The Institute's goals are to meet the challenge of advancing technology by keeping craftpersons abreast of improved methods in print technology. The Institute is in its 40th year of providing consulting and training services to the graphic arts community of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.
